The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. the kitchen was stocked with cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. the dining table provided a space to enjoy meals, while the sitting area was perfect for relaxing. The patio outside was a nice touch, providing a lovely outdoor dining area. the free toiletries in the bathroom were a pleasant surprise, adding to the luxury feel of the apartment. the carpeted floors added a cozy touch, while the parquet floors were stylish and modern. Overall, the value proposition of this apartment was excellent. the combination of modern amenities and luxurious touches made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the free parking and 24-hour security were additional perks that added to the overall value. the only downside was the strict no pets and no smoking policy on site.
